Utilizing Trillium's payrolling services, you have the option of transferring either all of your workforce, or a portion of your workforce for us to maintain. Trillium becomes responsible for most employer functions, such as unemployment tax, workman's compensation premiums and administration, benefits, etc.
The key benefits of payrolling individuals through Trillium are saving money and ensuring that your workers compensation "mod rate" (also known as EMR) stays low. Because injuries are charged against Trillium, not your company, your mod rate will never rise. We handle all the administrative aspects of the claims, too. The same is true regarding unemployment benefits. When ROFs occur and employees sign up for unemployment, the costs will be charged to our account rather than yours. Your rate declines steadily over time.

The Trillium process is best defined by what we don’t do. We will never recruit from a client company, we will never withhold relevant information generated by our screening and reference checks and we will never show you less than the highest level of professionalism and customer service.
Your recruiter will never blindly send out resumes and let our clients screen them. We make sure the client gets quality candidates. We will almost never submit more than three candidates for a position once we feel we have a complete understanding of your needs.
Trillium will never hand off to support or administrative either candidate screening or client service. Each candidate is screened and interviewed by the senior recruiter assigned to your company – a person whose compensation is tied closely to your satisfaction with their work.
