Our Testing Procedure
Trillium Construction Services uses the TESCOR system for candidate evaluation. This internet-based psychological and skill set evaluator  allows TCS to screen out most of the undesirables, malcontents, work comp risks, and under skilled applicants.
Unless you request otherwise, all of our candidates are thoroughly drug tested. Our goal is to provide you with more productive and safer employees. Before a TCS worker enters your jobsite, your company will have received a sheet detailing that person's work history, references, and test scores. We eliminate the "hope for the best" approach of many competitors by taking the guesswork out of the hiring process.
